Our world is getting more complex by the day. Society is too. We’re constantly juggling the new and the complicated. We have to make a million tiny decisions every day. Modern society puts so much pressure on our time, energy and resources, so we often feel like there’s never enough.

No one is born feeling exhausted or lacking. Children engage the world with a sense of reckless abandon that many adults envy. They look at the world with fresh eyes, and every situation is a new opportunity to learn and interact.

As adults, we want to approach life’s tasks with the enthusiasm of a child. We want to feel like our life is our own, that our choices come from within us and that we control our resources, not the other way around.

Kate Wilson believes it’s time to reimagine what’s really possible.

It’s time to stop aligning our lives with the world around us, and stop following ‘the rules’ and living up to other people’s expectations. Instead, we need to decide how to live and craft life around what we really want – our inner truth and priorities.

Instead of hustling to do more and be more, learn the real secret to recapturing your time, energy, resources and passion in this interactive and practical session with Kate:

  • How to recapture your time, energy and resources so you can have more impact as a marketing professional.
  • How your current belief system might be contributing to stress, exhaustion and feeling like it’s never enough, and how you can change that belief system.
  • Leave with a simple, practical and highly effective mindset tool, to help you master your mindset.

This presentation is perfect for marketing and business professionals in a corporate or consulting role, and business owners who want to recapture their time, energy, resources and reimagine the possibilities.

About the Speaker:

Kate Wilson is an intuitive mindset coach and mentor. She works with change-makers, founders and CEOs of all shapes and sizes to help them recapture their time, energy, passion, and reimagine how to deeply resource themselves and their businesses for success. All resulting in making more money AND doing more good in the world, with ease.

Kate spent more than 18 years of her life traveling the globe as a gender and social development expert. Her job was to help create growth opportunities where there weren’t any and to address a profound lack of resources for the most vulnerable individuals within society. In this line of work, she began to see how a person’s attitude towards “lack” and “scarcity” can shape their entire life.

One day Kate found herself feeling burnt out, jaded and frustrated. She also began to realize how her own fears and scarcity mentality had shaped her life. She had such a desire to help others, but it often came at her expense her time and energy. She wasn’t great at saying no and found herself constantly working harder and longer to have an impact.

When her mum was diagnosed with cancer, Kate knew something had to change. By transforming her mindset and reimagining how to take care of herself, she started to think differently about how to have more impact without sacrificing herself. She began applying these principles to her international development work and began to support the men and women she was working with to transform their lives in a truly different way.

For the last 13 years, Kate has worked with change makers and business leaders to help them shift their ‘scarcity’ mindset and find real success. Her clients have seen amazing growth in their business (for some clients, as much as 35% annually, and for 1 client an annual increase of $12 million USD), but more importantly they’ve achieved personal growth. They have come to appreciate what they have and remember why they got into business in the first place. They achieved success, with greater ease, without sacrificing or compromising themselves, their values or their value.

Kate loves connecting with people and hearing about their business, the challenges they are facing and the positive change they want to create in the world. Her passion is to help others amplify their unique gifts and talents.

Kate lives in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband and 3 boys. She is obsessed with pickleball and plays as often as she can. You can also find her in her garden trying to grow as many things as possible in the low desert environment, in the kitchen cooking up sweet treats or food from the garden or playing tickle hugs with her 8-year old.
