For the past 14 years Maria Lipp has been an active member of the business community, providing business development and media solutions to brands looking to grow in the Phoenix market. While her career began in sales many years prior, in 2006 she became part of the Arizona Republic’s Hispanic solutions team where she helped brands like Arizona Milk Producers and The Arizona Cardinals speak directly to the Hispanic community. From there Maria was recruited by NBC Universal’s Telemundo brand where she helped bridge the gap with the Hispanic community for such brands as Earnhardt Automotive, Coors Light and Crescent Crown Distributing, just to name a few. Once more recruited by KPNX and G/O Digital, her passion led her to in a different kind of journey.
In 2016 Maria launched Spotlight Media Services, a multicultural marketing and advertising firm. Her belief in redefining the paradigm of advertising has allowed her to help many mid-size brands grow through the engagement of audiences outside of their traditional model. Maria is a fearless entrepreneur who takes calculated risks and who believes in the power of honesty, loyalty and transparency. She is passionate about helping others succeed and believes that the best path to achieving our goals is by uplifting others. A lover of purses and shoes, Maria is a light-hearted person who believes that the journey is just as fun as the destination.
