Rocco Cardinale was named Star Member of American Marketing Association, Phoenix Chapter, for December 2018.
He has been active in the AMA Phoenix community over the last year including being V.P. of Collegiate Relations and a board member for the organization.
Cardinale has an extensive educational background that includes a range of professional certificates, MBA coursework, and international business degrees. He received his bachelor’s degree in international business from San Diego State University.
His passion for marketing is apparent by looking at his comprehensive resume that includes experience in various marketing roles. It is described that “Rocco didn’t choose Marketing; Marketing chose him.” On top of holding various high-level positions at Franklin Foods and currently the V.P. of Marketing for Franklin Foods, U.S. Subsidiary, Hochland SE of Germany, Cardinale started his own coffee company years earlier.
Our December Star Member of the Month is described as a leader with a go-getter attitude. “Rocco is a general business leader with experience in every role in and around marketing. He brings a balance of intuition and strategic thinking. He has a reputation as the go-to guy who takes on the hardest projects because everyone knows he’ll get them done. Rocco brings a strong, entrepreneurial work ethic that brings out the best in people, holding them accountable to the same ‘make-it-happen’ mentality.”
The AMA Phoenix Star Member of the Month Program was created to promote and retain AMA Phoenix membership, encourage upcoming leaders and recognize high-performing active members who give back to AMA Phoenix. Executive leaders of the AMA Phoenix board of directors nominate candidates as Star Members.
