About the Speaker:  Francesca (Frankie) Johnson has been conducting market research, both as a client and practitioner, for over 40 years. She held senior marketing and research positions at Quaker Oats and Sears before founding Research Arts in 1984. She has personally moderated thousands of focus groups and was among the first to do online research, both qualitative and quantitative. Frankie was educated at the London School of Economics and University of Chicago. She is an Emerita member of the AMA.
