About the Speaker:
Ben has over 8 years’ experience as an interactive marketer with a focus on Content Marketing and SEO. He owns and operates Scorpion Sweepers Pest Control and works as the Associate Director of SEO at the Tempe based Advertising Agency Zion & Zion.

About Zion & Zion:

Sure, great creative is essential. And sure, integration is key. But the culture at Zion & Zion is driven by our “Where Business Meets Creative” philosophy. We exist and thrive as a full-service agency because we are deeply involved with our clients’ business models; and we continue to drive ROI and growth for them. The intersection of where business meets creative is the place to be.

Our organization is flat. Not sort of flat. Not kind of flat, but completely flat. No managers. No managers’ managers. And no managers’ managers’ managers. A flat organization means a more organic, responsive and efficient organization where great ideas don’t get lost going up and down the links in a management chain. Welcome to a better world.

We embrace the fundamental truth that “our people are our strength,” and this is why we continue to invest in our employees year after year. This starts with sending each and every team member to two national industry-related conferences a year and requiring them to present what they learned to the entire agency. Through continual training, cross-department integration, industry involvement, a family environment, and our hybrid work-play office, we build strong hearts and minds.

Through a collaborative environment, impromptu shindigs, and quarterly team-building outings (we’re talking weekend-long holiday party, summer day trips to the lake, and annual Crabfest!), we’ve created a culture that is fun, unique, and strong. In fact, we’ve been named the #1 Best Place to Work (<50 employees) by Phoenix Business Journal and a Career Builder Top Company to Work for in Arizona. A happy work environment for us means better work for you.

Once you set foot in our office you’ll see that every detail was specifically designed to bring the two worlds of “business” and “creative” together. From 1,987 square footage of whiteboard space and integrated technology (touch screens, room wizards, office-wide sound system, and surround sound theatre café!), to a dog-friendly environment with double kegs and “The Intersect” (fully equipped with shuffle board, pool table, old-school arcade games, darts, and giant jenga!), our office space truly is an agency home like no other.
