Relevancy helps an organization attract the brightest talent, capture market share, and establish meaningful relationships with strategic partners. Every relevant organization has 7 attributes that they master. The most obvious attribute is a strong brand, but there are several others that are not as visible. One of those attributes is having Acute Awareness, which helps professionals look ahead, identify trends and avoid pitfalls. ABOUT THE SPEAKER...
Dave Fechtman is a seasoned business executive who specializes in sales management and leadership development.

During his career, Fechtman has been credited for the ability to turn the tides for struggling organizations helping them to more effectively understand struggling markets and ultimately caputure market share making him a sought-after change-agent throughout the United States.

Dave understands the impact relevancy can have on one’s life, and is committed to helping professionals strengthen their relevancy factor.

Dave believes strongly that giving back to the community is one of the most critical things a business or individual can do. He is involved with many philanthropic organizations, including the United Way where he was the 2009 Campaign Chair. He also sits on many boards, such as the Marion County YMCA, Hale Academy, Marion County EDC and is the 2011 Chairman of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber of Commerce.

He and his wife, Lorri, live in Ocala, Florida with their three children. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, and a member of Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity. He enjoys competing in triathlons and most of all spending time with his family.
